Building a practice that lasts

Routine, timing and using GSS across a normal week.

Anchor it to something you already do

Sessions stick when they attach to an existing habit: the first twenty minutes of work, the walk home, the moment you get into bed. Choosing a time is more important than choosing a frequency.

Save the sessions that work in your Library so you are not rebuilding a mix every time. Fewer decisions means you actually press play.

Match the session to the task

Focus and study sessions favour steady mid tones with masking underneath, run long, and stay in the background.

Wind-down and sleep sessions favour lower tones, gentle intensity and a sleep timer so the audio fades out on its own.

Meditation and reflection sessions favour a single clean tone with little or no ambience, and your full attention.

Takeaway

Pick a time, save two or three sessions you like, and let the sleep timer handle the ending.
